Together we run the orchard and then go through all of the complex work it takes to make the best apple cider we possibly can. This starts with picking the apples that we have grown on our 100+ year old orchard at the peak time to bring out the fullest flavour. Using the highest quality of apples produces the crisp, clean, and refreshing cider that we are known for. In the end, our favourite part is sharing this cider through tastings in our cellar and meeting all the people who stop by. Even with all the daily challenges that come with being in this type of business, it continues to be a whole lotta fun!
